Restorative Skin Oil, made with organic Rosehips infused in organic extra virgin olive oil, is in the shop today. With just 2 ingredients and a drop of Vitamin E, this is a great clean, unscented option for those who dislike perfumes and fragrance.

Rich in vitamin C, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, Rosa canina, aka Rosehips, can support healthy cellular activity in skin cells, including collagen production, and is known to naturally heal irritation and slow wear and tear.

Rosehips offer protection and hydration for the skin, fight free radical damage, reduce wrinkles and moisturize dry areas. The vitamins and antioxidants found in rosehips also have been historically used to rejuvenate the skin to restore elasticity, reduce dark spots as well as the appearance of scars.

Rosehip oil is often referred to as a 'dry' oil because it absorbs into the skin quickly. It does not clog pores and should be applied in small amounts (2 – 3 drops on the face once or twice daily). Rosehip oil is known to restore the natural pH balance and moisture levels of your skin.

As with any new product, it is always a good idea to test a small amount on your wrist before using, to ensure no allergy or irritation presents.
